Refund/Return Policy!
No monetary refunds are able to be given unless you are returning product back to me. Exchanges only to be made within 1 week of purchase based on reason.
If your product is damaged, you will be requested to show proof of damages and offered a replacement! I do not accept refunds/exchanges based on dissatisfaction of scent choice or scent strength. All scents are made at a 8:2 ratio.
Thickness of freshies will very based on mold choice, they all get the same amount of aroma beads (around 3oz not baked) unless it is a mold smaller than 3in or larger than 5in. (Those are priced accordingly).
Personalized discount coupons (New State Sale) have 1 month to use or they will be deleted! EFFECTIVE March 10 2023.
